Remote IT support
$95/ hour
Scheduled help with software, email, accounts and supported devices.
One-hour minimum, then 15-minute increments. Remote access only with your authorization.

$125/ hour
Hands-on assistance at your business in San Antonio or Bexar County.
Two-hour minimum ($250). Standard travel within Bexar County included. Parking and any other expenses agreed before the visit.

$150/ hour
Technology planning, vendor comparisons and project guidance.
One-hour minimum, then 15-minute increments. Larger implementation projects receive a separate written scope and quote.
Request technical consulting ↗USD. Applicable tax, hardware, software licenses and subscriptions are additional. Work is scheduled by appointment; these rates do not include 24/7 monitoring, emergency response or a guaranteed response time. Any added work requires approval.

A focused remote review for one location and up to five users: a 60-minute discovery session, review of your supplied device and software inventory, and a written list of priorities with next-step budget estimates. Includes one 30-minute follow-up.
Planning and recommendations only. Hands-on fixes, onsite inspection, security penetration testing and compliance certification are outside this assessment.
